Lengthly process with two virtual interviews before the on-site which was 4 hours of six back-to-back interviews without any lunch break. Interviews felt repetitive, except for the jam session which was an assessment of how you can problem solve and how well you respond to challenging questions / reason under pressure. Office and clinic were both eerily quiet, empty, and gave off Theranos vibes. Team culture felt culty and lifeless--everyone expressed their passion for Forward's lofty mission but seemed robotic and jaded. Team seems overworked as there is constantly more to be done and is short-staffed. Kudos to the HR team who kept things organized and clinic staff who were kind and the most human part of this process.
