They are also looking for candidates that are extremely into healthcare startup and look down to all the other fields, especially big tech companies (they made you to make some quite extreme decisions) while their founders all worked for big tech for decent amount of time.
Great! Focused system design + average leetcode questions. Behavioral interview was very nice and straightforward. Systems design interview include building a scribe tool for doctors to use. Was more a paired session with the interviewer.
