Interview
I only got through the initial phone call. I was supposed to receive a response before the end of the week- 2 weeks passed, nothing. Finally decided to get in touch through LinkedIn. Very sad, I felt passionately about the position and have some skills in recruiting already which I felt would be my foot in the door. I’m very disappointed with the wait time. After 3 weeks of not hearing back, I get an email saying they ultimately went in another direction. I believe in what Forward is doing and I’m glad I got this opportunity but if I were a recruiter, I would have done things differently.
