Applied online for a Human Resources position, received a call from a recruiter named Chantel. Called her back as soon as I was able to and never got a hold of her. I left numerous messages and didn't have the courtesy to call back. I certainly don't want to work for a company that calls candidates one time and doesn't call back. Regardless if the position was filled or not a call back is only the proper thing to do especially since they reached out first.
