Foundever German Technical Support interview questions

Applied on 29.04 for the position in Kingston upon Thames, received initial call from them with no caller ID on 04.05 while I was in the supermarket, agreed with caller it was loud and agreed call back in 20 mns. 3 days later and no call back, I called them and was told there is no HR in Kingston and recruitment is done from Exeter and was put through. I spoke with someone there who said they don’t have anyone by the name of the person who called me 3 days ago but took my name and number and promised to call me back by the end of the day with their findings.... That was 11 days ago and they never called back! Very unprofessional!
