I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Foundever (Caribou, ME) in Aug 2017
Interview
I was called for an interview for the following week, I arrived early and was welcomed into the lobby to wait for my interview to start. The lobby was large, with arcade machines, a pool table, and a TV with cable and an Xbox one. I was asked a variety of questions by a panel of managers that worked in the campaign that was hiring. Customer service experience, work ethic, computer knowledge, and schedule availability were the main topics. After a short deliberation I was offered a position and given instructions on how to accept the position and get a background check online. The Friday before I started they called me to tell me my hours for the following week and welcome me to the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Q: Rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 how much experience you have with basic computer functions, such as browsing the internet, using hot keys, and typing.
It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
