apply wait apply and wait again apply again and wait after 7 8 time they will see and if you are lucky enough you will get the mail about English assessment test which is basics not even relevant about work. after doc process yohoooo you get the job but you will be not notified fo any process always keep asking about it. after accepted no training about which tech you are going to use provide pdf and do you best after getting 98% proficiency no full time or part time contract. project finish you done with it then process starts again of applying. poor recommendation not providing certificate with you have done while working with them never go by promises.
It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
