Beware of this company. I was recently hired for a job I was very excited to start, unfortunately for me since they merged with Sykes, they had used my old information instead of the updated information I gave them. Due to their clerical error I was not able to attend orientation. I reached out to my recruiter 2 days before orientation to retrieve this information. She did nothing to help me, she said I gave a phone number I didn't even remember until she sent it to me. Due to this clerical error and no help from my recruiter what so ever, they rescinded the offer. The reason I am posting this is to help people be aware of the type of sloppy, unorganized, revolving door of a company this is. If you are looking for something satisfying and long term I would avoid this company. The 2 companies merged for only what I would assume would be survival and it greatly shows.
