It is very convenient smooth process and the interviewer is also friendly.I really don't feel lot of pressure just be yourself and that's all. And also if you guys what to be more confident search about the company you are applying for the process like interviews, assesstment and exams.It will help you a lot just like me who don't use to talk english a lot.
