I applied online. I interviewed at Foundever in Mar 2022
Interview
It is a video interview but they allow you up to 3 chances to record your answer. After that, they send a link for a speed test and you have to complete all your new hire paperwork before you can start training. The downside is that it is hard to see your status even though it checkmarks the doc after completion. I had to push back my start date a week because it said my I-9 was complete but it hadn't come through. I had to attend a Zoom meeting and have them check to make sure everything went through.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were several "Tell me about a time when..." questions. Or I should say questions wanting you to reflect upon your experiences and that require the S.T.AR. or C.A.T. methods when answering
It seems like they have... quite a bit of experience, or at least they know the people they want to hire. They make you upload some documents through a webform and after that, do some assessments. I selected a role that didn't have sales in the title, but they did ask me to do a sales assessment activity.
It's all done through a PC, you'll need a webcam. It's not very hard.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typing (words per minute), what would you do in specific situations, a personality test with a Likert scale, "fill in the blank" English assessment, a speak for 1.5 minutes AI assessment
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Foundever (Belgrade, Central Serbia)
Interview
I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
