I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Foureyes
Interview
Total of 4 interviews, screening, systems design, and two team interviews. The team members are very nice and seem's like a genuinely good place to work. The process was good and well scheduled, took roughly around 4 weeks to complete. Hiring manager was responsive during the entire process. Generally an enjoyable process and I learned a lot from it myself.
Too HR focused, like old-school hiring based on cover letters and resumes. Even on the phone with HR, was told that the tech lead was "grouchy" and picky, and might arbitrarily pass on candidates.

Question 1
Couldn't make it past the HR screening because it was a non-technical person trying to screen on knowledge of specific technologies. The vibes were like: "We're looking for someone who knows Java 10, but we see you only know C# and Java 8."
