I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Foxit in Jan 2020
Interview
3 interviews within 5 months, 3 follow up emails enquiring additional information.
Both thumbs down for telling me after 3 interviews, 3 additional emails enquiring more information and 5 months of contact that my qualifications don't meet their needs. Must be a late April Fool's joke. If you didn't know about my qualifications after reviewing my CV back in January 2020, then you clearly lack of a clear recruiting process and waste potential candidates' time. Not very pleased at all. It's a given I can deal with an honest rejection, but the reason given to me as explained above after 5 months . . . I am speechless. Very, very, very poor candidate handling. Therefore, I feel actually glad I have not been chosen. Such situations make it fairly clear, one doesn't want to work for such an employer. Anyway, all the best.
