Interview
I applied through on campus placements. It was two day process. On first day, there was a company presentation followed by a test.
Test was of moderate difficulty level but requires speed and accuracy ...so be prepared.
There were 3 sections logical, quantitative and verbal.
Almost more than 150 students give the test. Out of that 32 were shortlisted for further process.
On second day,
There were 3 interviews after that, 2 technical(case studies, guess estimates and puzzles) and 1 HR.
Only 4 are selected.
In interview they were basically looking for problem solving skills and attention to details.

Question 1
Interview questions will not seem difficult. But they were definitely not looking for vague answers. These interviewers were very smart, they pay attention to every little detail. questions were asked from resume, few puzzles, case studies and guess estimates.

Interview
It was an on-campus recruitment process. Consisted of an aptitude test (tough) followed by 3 rounds of interviews (medium difficulty). The interview had a Tech round, an Apex round, and an HR round.
Round 1(Aptitude Test): First-round had basic aptitude questions.
Round 2(Technical Test): had 4 questions on SQL, and 4 coding questions
After shortlisting, there were three interview rounds, each being an elimination round.
Problem Solving Round: Asked project-related questions and approach to few case study questions, related to Market Entry and Profitability.
Business Understanding Round: There were guesstimates and probability-based questions in this round. They focus mainly on the structure and approach of your answer. Probability questions were very basic.
HR Round: Typical HR questions were asked, namely strengths, weaknesses, values, why Fractal, etc.

This was a complete technical round. It went for around 30 minutes,not much though!
There was this guy who was about to take my technical rounds. He was really polite and started on time.
