I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Fractal in Sep 2021
Interview
They first sent an aptitude test (difficult) and SQL(average) assessment. I then spoke to the recruiter, who scheduled a technical round the very next day. Of the three people who were supposed to interview me only one showed up ten minutes late and they did not turn on their camera. I was told I would hear back within the week, but I had to email the recruiter three times over the course of three weeks to get an answer.
