I was referred by a friend working at Fractal. So the hiring process might differ in comparison to a "regular" hiring. First contact was a call from HR where they were checking the regular things, like how I got to know of the company, why I want to work there and salary expectations. Afterwards I got an email with an appointment for the interview with the business. When the day has come I joined the teams meeting. But noone else did. After waiting for 15 minutes I emailed the HR department. But didn't receive an answer. So I dropped off after 30 mins of waiting. I told my friend about this experience. Then after about a week I got an email with an apology and a second appointment. This time someone joined the interview. It was a regional manager that went directly into asking questions without even introducing himself or the company and what they are looking for. I was getting asked questions for 30 mins straight after which he just wished a good day and wanted to exit the interview. I interrupted and asked about the next steps. He mentioned that he will circulate the feedback internally and then they wanted to come back to me. I haven't heared back from them since. But I know from my contact that they have made a decision after no more than 2 days.
