Interview
I had an interview for the Senior engineer MLOps position in Fractal. HR approached me through LinkedIn, and from there interview process started. Overall it took 2 to 3 weeks. The entire interview process was virtual on MS Teams video calls. Total four rounds - coding, technical discussion, managerial + technical discussion, HR.
Overall I had an outstanding experience throughout the process. I got timely feedback. Thanks to HR, the process was extremely smooth.
Interview Process:
First-round will be a coding challenge where you will be given some python coding question that needs to complete in 50-60 minutes. Total four coding questions.
The second round will be a technical discussion. You will be asked questions on deployment strategies, automation, data/ML pipeline, model re-training, experimentation and tracking, ML model monitoring factors.
The third round will be mix with managerial and technical discussion. Mostly it will be a casual discussion, but you can expect some technical questions.
Forth round will be an HR round primarily focused on behavioral and cultural fit and how you are aligned with the company's culture.
