I applied online. I interviewed at Franklin Energy (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard- a phone screen by the recruiter/talent acquisition, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, then an in person interview with the hiring manager, then the manager of the entire department.
It was not very engaging . People were nice. Nothing unexpected . Management seemed organized. I was not surprised or tricked by anything they asked. Pretty straightforward. I am not exactly sure what else they would like me to say about the process
