I don' t remember the exact wording, but it was similar to how do you make a customer's experience the best possible, and what would you do if you found a carton of eggs in a different department, or what would you do if a customer broke one of the eggs in the carton (clean up the mess and get them a new carton, give the old one to deli associate)
