This was simple. You show up, do a basic interview with basic questions. They usually hire on the spot and then administer a drug test. This is done by swabbing your cheek.
Phone interview, in person interview. Met and described past experiences. Had the ability to interview the interviewers to see if I wanted the position and learn more about the company
