I went to a hiring event but the interview process wasn't very complicated and they just asked basic questions , none of them were too hard. You just have to tell them that you're on time and a hard worker because that's pretty much what they really need.
It's obvious that this gets you an easy job because I work with a bunch of people who call in sick all the time and don't work hard even though they probably told them that they were hard workers and came into work.

It was easy overall, they will ask you some questions about a story and how to help someone and resolve the situation.
At the end of the interview, you could get hired right away or wait the long process.

Stocking shelves and building displays for featured items. Returning purchasable items to shelves and displays. Assisting customers at check out with bagging, carrying and loading purchased items. Returning shopping carts and other equipment to designated location. Cleaning spills and restrooms.
