First interview is with the HR Manager who asks you about your employment history and what you would bring to the job as a whole. I was given a choice of what department I wanted to be in since my store was hiring for multiple positions at the time. After that, I got a call a couple days later from the apparel manager at the time and scheduled an interview. I went in and met with him, and he just asked me the basic interview questions for most retail establishments. After that, I was hired pretty much right on the spot. Orientation took two days. They make you sit and watch some training videos about what to do in certain situations, and do some additional training on computers. Simple stuff.
