I called the phone number back from my answering machine and give her the number was of the application. She had a couple of spots opened one was a for a Deli clerk and I told her I ddnt think I had the experience for that and the other one was for a cashier and a food clerk. I felt I would make a better fit as a food clerk. She told me what the starting pay and what the food clerk dose and she went set up a interview at the store told what time and what to wear and said to bring a picture ID and that I might be asked for my S.S. number and asked if the email I give them was correct so they could send me a email about the interview and than asked if I had any question.

Very straightforward, essentially a checklist to verify that you are a functioning and trustworthy person. I was in a massive group interview which then broke up to individuals. After this initial individual step, I met with the food department manager, who provided me with an offer.
