For the phone interview, it is very simple. No need to be extremely worried about this as it is very short and they only ask a couple of questions related to availability, work history, and maybe 1-2 open ended questions before deciding to move you on to the next round of interview, a face-to-face interview. You’ll be scheduled to take a face-to-face interview at the store you are applying to.
Today, I had my in-store interview and it was absolutely chill and a calming experience. The interviewer had been very nice and was very friendly. This was also my very first actual interview and I tend to be a very shy person. As long as you take a deep breath and rehearse answers to sample interview questions, you’ll have a very high chance of getting the job offer! I was hired on the spot and I start soon.
