The interview process was typical. There was a telephone interview with someone from HR which concluded with her informing me that the Managing Associate General Counsel had already decided to interview me. That interview was via video. The questions were easy regarding the extent of my experience. I was soon informed that I would have a group interview with attorneys who would become colleagues at my level if I was selected. The group had neither a plan nor enthusiasm for the interview. I found myself having to manage the interview and ask them questions. Perhaps there another favored candidate.
