I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at FreedomPay (Delran, NJ) in Oct 2018
Interview
HR contracted me to schedule an interview, the phone interview was conducted by the department head but all contract was done by HR. This made it a little difficult to send a thank you note as I had to ask the interviewers name and e-mail address since the only contact I had at the company was HR. Other than that the man did a great job explaining more about the company and the position. If I advanced I would have an in person interview. Again scheduled by HR. I thought he said I would be contracted either way but I did not receive a contract and had to e-mail them.

Tell me about a difficult customer you had to deal with.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at FreedomPay (Delran, NJ) in Nov 2022
Interview
I applied for the position and that same day a woman contacted me with a few clarifying questions such as work location, salary expectations, and employment sponsorship. After I answered those questions it was another two weeks to hear from her regarding scheduling an interview, the scheduling process was quite simple she sent me an email with a link and I found the best time for me in the list and scheduled the interview. The interview was a phone interview even though the woman kept calling it a Teams Interview and asking me to join through a nonexistent Microsoft Teams link. Nonetheless, the man who would be my manager called me a few minutes past the time scheduled and we chatted for just about 20 minutes. He explained how they are working from a hybrid approach currently and that this position would be responsible to travel around the country once companies are open to external employees on-site. He explained that he was finishing up with interviews and he would have HR reach out. If I am selected to move on I would have a video interview. A couple of days later I received an e-mail that I was not selected to move on.
