there is the standard interview process and a cultural interview. Freenome prides itself with the cultural interview which is not technical but more focused on personal traits and how that ties into the company values. It is not meant to showcase your talent, but your flaws. Be radically transparent and honest. They will appreciate that. Be honest about a failure at work, how you let a team member down etc etc etc The panelist know not everyone is perfect and work and want to see how you react and reply to such questions.
