The interview process was terrible. Do not recommend wasting your time with this company. Their CISO is a good guy. The team has some experienced guys, then some guys who clearly try hard and know barely the basics of cyber. Really clicked with part of the team but the other folks I didn't vibe with them. The interview process was a joke. 3 one-hour long interviews with the manager, HR, etc. Then the 8-hour panel interview with the team. HR guy even said to me " oh this is a standard flow to have people devote 8 hours of their life to one interview. Clown" They also do this weird California thing, called a like-culture interview. When they really pressure you to answer all the questions, no response is not good enough to see if you fit their over worked culture style. Makes sense why their position has been unfilled for 6 months. The team told me they were stressed out and the workload was unbearable sometimes. But they enjoy the work. Yeah no thanks, red flags all around. But here is the kicker. I interviewed and was ghosted by the recruiting team entirely for two weeks. The recruiting team sucks at their job. They didn't schedule two people for my panel interview and I just sat on Zoom in an empty room waiting for someone to join. Total waste of time even entertaining this group. Don't expect a response from them after all interviews, because I had to pull teeth and show that they were reading my follow-ups before they even responded. Integrity is one of their core beliefs but lacked the integrity to even respond to me in the end, such a joke.
