Applied on Indeed and got a call within a few days to attend a recruitment day. The recruitment day was fun and relaxing. Came in and was asked to fill out a form (availability, full/part time, etc) Then we went into a bigger room and were asked to prepare an informal presentation for a project and suggest ideas etc (instructions given). We were given a Bridal Launch project. After that we were put into pairs and asked to pick an outfit for the recruiter and the scenario they give you and explain why you picked it etc. Then you go back into the waiting room and they come back and call your name out if you have been shortlisted. If you get shortlisted, you get a short 5-10 minute 1-1 interview. When it’s finished they explain what’s gonna happen next and walk you out. The interview was on a Friday and I got a call back on the Monday offering me the job. Tips: be yourself, participate, smile
