I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at French Connection (Chatswood) in Jul 2015
Interview
It was a small group interview and it was pretty relaxing. They asked us what we knew about the company, and went around introducing ourselves. We proceeded to partner up and roleplay where one person was the customer, and the other the worker. At the end, we just asked questions and the 3 people (area managers) answered then. However, they did not even give me a call back/email to say that I did not get the job.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at French Connection
Interview
Quick and easy, nice people and fast responses. Went in had a chat and heard back the next day. Would recommend one of the better experience I’ve had. That’s all there is to say really.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at French Connection (London, England)
Interview
I applied in person and they called me the day after to make an appointment for an interview. The interview itself was very quick, just some easy questions. They asked me to come on a Saturday afternoon for a 3 hours trial. When I arrived they didn't teach me anything and they just left me on the shopfloor. I did my best but I had the feeling that nobody was looking at me. At the end they said "thanks, we will let you know", but they never did. I think that the manager wasn't around that weekend and they needed a person to cover their breaks. Unprofessional.
