Interview
First stage interview with the person who would be your line manager with general questions about your suitability for the role and past experience, second interview given a task to complete on how you would market an in store event, considering what aspects would be included in the event and how you would spread the message to customers. Throughout the whole process i was directly in contact with the line manager and did not speak to any HR.
