French Connection Sales Assistant interview questions

Very informal interview process in the back office of the store. Talked through my CV and previous experience. Strengths and weaknesses. Competitor research & Brand knowledge. Only took approximately 30 minutes

First I applied online by emailing them my CV and details then a few days later they called me by phone to come in for a group interview. Once I got there, there were only 3 of us so we just ended up doing individual interviews in the shop.
