Interview
I applied online and received a call about 1.5 weeks later from the Clinical Manager. She emailed an exam for my completion and then called me within the next day or two to schedule a face to face interview. I received an offer approximately 3 weeks later and started working the following week. So the process took a little over a month.
During the interview, I was given a tour of the facility and was able to meet staff. The facility was very clean and the staff were all inviting and pleasant.

There were several people from different departments in the interview - it was a kind environment and not at all intimidating. Interview
met with the Clinic manager and Social Worker in position. Clinic Manager knew nothing about Social Work role and had limited contribution. Current Social Worker did most of the talking. Clinic Manager had nothing to contribute to the interview. Director of Operations held final interview which was more informative about the role of the social worker.

I applied on indeed.com and was contacted via a recruiter who set up an interview. The actually interview was pretty short but informative. I then spoke with the regional social worker and recruiter on the phone. Both were extremely involved. Received word about Moving forward about a week later.
