I think they use a 2rd party recruiting company, but the person I interviewed with was 3 mins late and never apologized. I understand it was only 3 mins but a quick sorry would have been fine. While interviewing her camera kept moving up and down and in the background you could see people walking around which is very distracting. While I was in mid sentence someone came into the screen and hugged the recruiter. At this point I was done with the interview. Everything about it was unprofessional.

At the time my interview was conducted by a Director of Operations and a Lead Patient Care Technician. They were interested in hiring a Part-Time Secretary/Receptionist for the clinic. They were interested in the amount of customer service experience I had and how I'd be a good fit within the company.
