Very easy and informal process. Had to go through a few zoom interviews and received offer quickly. Prepare to answer questions about competitors and other brands in the industry. Offer came in days after last round.

Interview
The PepsiCo hiring process was very easy for me. I attended my university's career fair where I had a great conversation, leading to a follow up interview the next day. Then after that interview, I had a phone interview with HR to discuss more logistical topics, leading to them extending the offer to me, with a two week deadline.

Interview
First, there was a phone interview than an interview over zoom. They were very kind and patient during the interview and asked standard behavioral questions. They were pretty chill and overall easy process. Interviews were no longer then 30 minutes
