I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Frito-Lay
Interview
I am a former employee who left on good terms and worked out a notice since I was relocating to an area with no openings. After passing the pre screening I was found to meet minimum qualifications and emailed an invitation to attend a virtual interview. I listed this as difficult because they have canceled interviews multiple times despite my high level of experience and prior employment with them.

No questions were asked. Interview was canceled by another party, presumably the local interviewer, after alert of an invitation was sent through the corporate channel.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Vandalia, OH) in May 2024
Interview
Interview was straight forward and via Zoom. Hr and DSL interviewed me. Both were nice people and straight to the point. I’d say just take your time answering the questions and really consider what it is that they’re asking you about.
