Interview
It helps if you know someone, but not knowing someone doesn't make it impossible. First you get a phone interview, which they ask a few basic questions about work history. Then, you'll get brought in for the in-person interview to be asked more in-depth questions pertaining to work experience. Keep in mind they WILL call your references as well.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you became side-tracked during a task.
Long with no direction everyone was happy to see you there but no idea what they were doing other than safety ppp protocol although covid guildlines shook up more than it helped
Took a few weeks for the entire process. Started with a phone interview. About 5 questions for the phone interview. That’s including background check, drug test and both interviews. Scenario based questions. Not intimidating at all.
