First a phone interview with a person from frito lay HR and then a call to schedule a ride-a-long and then another interview in front of a panel of 3 managers

All of the panel questions are behavioral questions. They are looking for certain things.
The interviewer was very welcoming and kind, laid out salary expectations, work conditions, schedule, and overall expectations quite thoroughly. I enjoyed my time visiting their office. The staff I had seen were also nice

After the long process of online application, (why not just accept a resume), you will finally get to a page that asks if you are ok with working as early as 2am, if you want to work in hot enviroments etc. WHY not have that at the beginning not to waste peoples time?!
