I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Kathleen, GA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Applied online via job board. All correspondence was automated. Completed automated phone interview then received an email confirming receipt of my replies. Received an email to setup a time/date that would work for an in-person interview and confirmed. I had to contact customer service to even get an actual location of where to go for the interview. Received a text message reminder the day before about the interview. The actual interview was very impersonal. After a bit of questioning and note taking, one of the interviewers put down his pen and paper and tended to his phone as if I weren't even there. The position/duties weren't ever fully explained nor were they listed in the job description.

They make it easy to give good clear concise answers and will provide nudges in the right direction if your answer indicates you know what they are asking and have the right answer but aren't quite saying the right words. Overall a very good interview.
