I applied online. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Wayne, NJ) in Jan 2017
Interview
Easy interview. Phone interview, then in person interview. Not a long process just have to do well on the interviews and you will be good. Just try your best and discuss god experiences you will get it
Long with no direction everyone was happy to see you there but no idea what they were doing other than safety ppp protocol although covid guildlines shook up more than it helped
Took a few weeks for the entire process. Started with a phone interview. About 5 questions for the phone interview. That’s including background check, drug test and both interviews. Scenario based questions. Not intimidating at all.
