I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Frito-Lay in Apr 2018
Interview
The process went on for a whole month. In two weeks after applying, I was selected for a phone interview then two weeks passed by I went to the in person interview. The whole interview was unprofessional considering the person I was supposed to be interviewed by was off that day. So, she had two other people to interview me and I thought I did good but apparently not. Checked my application status the next day and I’m not selected for the position. That was a literal waste of my time. Never again!
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2025
Interview
Very easy interview. Easy questions that required little thought. The hiring manager did not seem interested in me at all. I got the feeling they just wanted to get through the interview and move on to the next.
