After the initial assessment I completed when o applied they got back to me with an automated phone interview offer. I did the phone interview and a couple of days later I received an in-person interview offer. 2 people interviewed be at the same time. About a week after that interview I received an email saying that frito lay wanted to extend a job offer to me. From then on i went through all the pre-screening tests including drug, background, and previous employment. This all took about 2 to 3 weeks. Pretty decent if you ask me. There were plenty of people I could reach out to in case I needed help.

The interview process is straightforward and it’s really easy if you’re honest. They do ask questions and also want examples of when you displayed those actions. Also they are quick about there decision, It took about 2 to 3 days to hear back from them.

Question 1
How are you a leader? What safety ideas were you apart of making at your last job?
Too long and drawn out. Have to answer really dumb questions that they paid someone too much money to come up with. Y'all need to stop trusting people who've never sweated it out in one of your trucks before. These kids coming straight out of college to run your business have no idea what they're doing and until you address this fact you will continue to have issues with the supply chain.

Don’t waste your time It is very exhausting just to try to get a interview. The best way to get on is going to a job fair I would say the to young men that’s in HR don’t know what they are doing! They will give you the runaround!
