I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Wilmington, NC)
Interview
Took a while to get the first interview, but took about 1-1 1/2 to complete and once it was done had to wait another 3 months before being offered the job even though I had already been working as a merchandiser for 1 year with the company with MANY references from senior sales reps.
The interviewer was very welcoming and kind, laid out salary expectations, work conditions, schedule, and overall expectations quite thoroughly. I enjoyed my time visiting their office. The staff I had seen were also nice

Interview
After the long process of online application, (why not just accept a resume), you will finally get to a page that asks if you are ok with working as early as 2am, if you want to work in hot enviroments etc. WHY not have that at the beginning not to waste peoples time?!
Panel interview of district sales leader and sales manager. They introduce themselves and you explain your background. They then describe the position and will ask 7 or 8 behavioral interview questions.
