I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Carol Stream, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Basically I got a call in traffic from the FOM and was promptly scheduled an interview. The interview process was around 30 minutes. I was sat down with an FOM and dressed in basic dress clothes. He asked about 5-8 questions and asked about my schooling and background. Before the interview I walked around the warehouse with him and he showed me all the ins and outs and different types of picking that I would be doing. Also he introduced to me a higher up or two.
Long with no direction everyone was happy to see you there but no idea what they were doing other than safety ppp protocol although covid guildlines shook up more than it helped
Took a few weeks for the entire process. Started with a phone interview. About 5 questions for the phone interview. That’s including background check, drug test and both interviews. Scenario based questions. Not intimidating at all.
