I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Frito-Lay
Interview
It's long. Expect to spend at least a month, unless it is the middle of summer. Standard online application, with a test of retail skills and basic mathematics. If you pass that and the rest of your application is attractive to the hiring folks, you will be scheduled for a very short screening interview by phone, and if you pass that will finally be scheduled for an in-person structured interview with the managers at the location you applied for.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Frito-Lay (Phoenix, AZ) in May 2025
Interview
Very easy interview. Easy questions that required little thought. The hiring manager did not seem interested in me at all. I got the feeling they just wanted to get through the interview and move on to the next.
