Interview
I applied online and a recruiter called me after a phone interview i was scheduled for an in person interview. The interviewer explained to me what the position required and asked me a number of questions to see if I would be able to fulfill the necessary requirements. This was followed by a number of personality related questions
The interviewer was very welcoming and kind, laid out salary expectations, work conditions, schedule, and overall expectations quite thoroughly. I enjoyed my time visiting their office. The staff I had seen were also nice

After the long process of online application, (why not just accept a resume), you will finally get to a page that asks if you are ok with working as early as 2am, if you want to work in hot enviroments etc. WHY not have that at the beginning not to waste peoples time?!
Panel interview of district sales leader and sales manager. They introduce themselves and you explain your background. They then describe the position and will ask 7 or 8 behavioral interview questions.
