Interview
Applied, received a call, in person interview a week later. Look, I'm going to be honest here. I was qualified for the position but when Into the interview with a feeling of defeat from the moment I walked in. 1. No direction as to how to enter the building for the interview. After 15 minutes, security rudely showed me the way. Upon walking in the door, a woman could be clearly seen at a desk from the hall way. She seemed to be smirking the entire time I made my way towards her. 2 women were in the process of interviewing me. One said she'd been there 2 years, the other, 15. They were both preoccupied with their phones and would take turns asking questions. I was pretty distracted by the younger woman, who was still continually smirking and looking down at her phone. I finally got to the point where I stopped the interview and told them I just wasn't interested.
