It was a very difficult interview. Lots of technical marketing questions and only few behavioral questions. Be sure to study up on your marketing acumen before this interview . Good Luck.
It was a pretty interesting experience. Some people were easier to talk to than others. You have to make sure that you come to the interview as prepared as possible. Also, make sure that you've come to the interview with certain networking connections.
I met with Frito-Lay for three on-campus interviews. Each team member I met was respectful, professional and fun. They are all easy to talk to and very sociable. Definitely prepare STAR questions for the interview and have fun!
