I received a confirmation email/reminder of my interview as scheduled, to be taken place via Zoom. The email contained a link to a Zoom meeting, instructions on how to use Zoom, a link to a WOTC form and request for completion prior to interview, and a warning that alterations to the interview by the candidate schedule require 24-hours notice. Approximately 10 minutes before the scheduled start time, I entered the Zoom meeting directly from the link in the email. I then waited until 15 minutes after the scheduled start time while staring at live video of myself. No one ever interviewed me. No one called me according to the email, no one said anything to me at all. In essence, they wasted an entire hour of my time -- for free. I still have received no correspondence from the company. If I were late to the job interview, or were hired and didn't bother to show up on time, or at all, I would be fired. The company failed the interview process and I have decided to go another direction.
