I applied through a referral and was contacted by HR a week later stating my info was pass along to hiring manager and was ask of my availability to review with the hiring manager. A week later I was screened over the phone by the hiring manager asking about my past experiences and why I was looking for a new position. After the screen the hiring manager wanted me to come onsite to meet the team and conduct more screening a week later. The onsite visit was a plant tour, meet all the department managers, then panel questions about my experiences and some technical questions about my previous positions. After I finish with the panel screen the hiring manager told me I should hear back in 2 weeks of a decision. I was contacted the next day that I would move forward and that I was being considered for multiple positions and was later given the position I was considered for and had another phone interview with the department manager of that department. 2 days later was extended offer.
