The interview process is very straightforward with a plant tour, be sure to wear the correct GMPs. HR and plant managers are very nice. Had 2 interviews and then the plant tour.

The total interview process is two different rounds, each with a panel of interviewers. First round is at college after career fair, second round is at the site. Uses STAR method. Both rounds have similar questions.

Standard behavioral questions. Had an interview with someone from HR and the director. I then moved on to get interviewed by the other department managers. I got a call two weeks later that I got the position.

The interview process was not bad, however, it did not feel like they were prepared for me to be there. I was interviewed by two sets of people, and the second group was not aware and did not know of a room for us to go to.
